During DLI application process, our admission team will carefully evaluate your profile and documents against the current eligibility criteria at the time of application and submit your application. Some DLIs send you the confirmation emails and some don’t. Rest assured, our admission team continuously monitor all the communication with DLIsa and we aim to notify you within 2 business days about any updates on your application and decision.

In majority of cases, the GIC and Tuition fee payment follow a very similar path. We can either provide you instructions on how to make GIC and Tuition fee payment specific for your DLI. Alternatively, we could set up your accounts where applicable and give you a copy of instruction letter that you could take to your bank to process the payment.

A general checklist includes the required and non required documents that are likely to help you in strengthening your application. You may or may not have all the documents from checklist. A customized checklist is tailored specifically for you and help you in identifying alternate documents and/or letters of explanation in lieu of primary documents, if needed.

During a completeness check, our authorized immigration counsel (RCIC) will review your application and advise you if your application is completed for the mandatory documents as per the section 10 of Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. We will not be reviewing the content of your documents or forms.

During education consultation we help you in clarifying any doubts you may have regarding your preferred program/s. We offer alternative program options if your preferred options are unavailable for any reason. In majority of the cases the education consultation is delivered through the email communication to accommodate time zone differences.

Immigration consultation is delivered by an authorized immigration counsel (RCIC) only and you are welcome to join with your family members. Majority of the times, immigration consultations are delivered virtually over the Zoom or Microsoft Teams platform. Please visit our immigration consultation page for more details. Immigration consultation is included in our study permit pricing except for the Basic plan.

During the comprehensive review process, our authorized immigration counsel (RCIC) will review all documents to be included with the application (except the immigration forms) and highlight deficiencies and suggestions for mitigation.

SOP or study plan is a crucial document in your application. It is just like a one on one chat where you address the possible shortcomings of your application and explain how studying in Canada is the best next step for you. Our SOP review is a 4 stage process. In the first stage, we ask you to have a rough draft and answer some basic questions. Then we will help you putting this together based on your profile (second stage). In the third stage, our immigration counsel will review and help to address any immigration related concerns. Finally, our communication team will proofread and share with you for your review and approval.

We review IRCC requirements and obtain the latest and country specific immigration forms. We complete all the immigration forms based on the information collected from the clients and share original forms for their review and approval. Some forms require signatures and some don’t. We will professionally guide you throughout the whole process.

Immigration forms are very crucial and may require extensive discussion especially if you are a working professional, have been involved in politics and public services or have study gap. Will help you in understanding possible future requirements based on the current rules to keep information accurate and consistent in all applications. This would be very helpful when you are applying for a post-graduate work permit (PGWP) and PR application.

This includes significant background work and we do not compromise on quality. Therefore, this is not included in our Basic plan for study permit pricing.

Some applications are very straight forward and some require more explanation. A submission letter is written by our authorized immigration counsel after carefully reviewing your information and documents. We try to predict the weak points in your application and advocate for a positive decision on your behalf. We cite the applicable sections in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, Ministerial Instructions, procedure manuals, case law depending on the strengths and weaknesses of your application.

We will review your refusal documents to help in better understanding the refusal reasons and then interview with you to explore what additional information and/or documents we can provide you with the new application. If you don’t have any documents related to your refusals, we can help you in requesting a copy directly from IRCC through our getGCMS service at a subsidized fee. We can also provide a custom study permit pricing quote if you have more than one refusals.

That depends on the context of why the application was refused. Canada has information (including biometric details) sharing agreement with many countries. If you previous refusal remain unaddressed it may adversely affect your application outcome. If you failed to provide details on your refusal from other countries you may also risk a 5 year ban due to misrepresentation.
